In the Wasteland, there is a luridly colored wall.

And on the luridly colored wall, there is a poster, being taped in place by a rather smug-looking werewolf.

Karla stares.

In HORROR.

"...Preston? Why is Gandhi watching us, and why is he doing it with the scariest picture of him I've ever seen?"

"What the hell?" She asks, walking up and standing next to Karla.

Also staring.

"Or, what she said. But with more curse words."

[bass_line_blues]

Patiently: "The Wasteland has a moratorium on violence, right?

"Just like Gandhi. He can be kind of, like, a mascot. Or a deterrent."

He looks so proud of himself.

[k_gabriel]

"He can be a cause of nightmares," Karla insists.

"...Unless you're going for scaring everyone into behaving, in which case, good job."

[bass_line_blues]

"He serves multiple purposes," Preston agrees, mildly.

"He's an inspiration and a threat. I think he'd approve of the multitasking, personally."

[sew_on_wolf]

"He just inspires me to run away. Or claw his face to death."

She takes a step to the left, then walks back right.

"His eyes follow me, Preston."

[bass_line_blues]

"He's not going to hurt you," Preston protests.

"He's fucking Mahatma Gandhi. Satyagraha, man."

Karla spreads her hands.

"I'm just sayin'. If that thing gives me bad dreams, I know where you sleep."

[sew_on_wolf]

"Yeah. I'll bite you."

Freakin' Gandhi.

[bass_line_blues]

"Already a werewolf," Preston reminds Shay, cheerfully.

As for Karla knowing where he sleeps . . . SUBJECT CHANGE TIME.

"So - we really need a band name, guys."

[k_gabriel]

"I think we need some actual band practice more," Karla points out. "I mean, not that the two are mutually exclusive or anything."

[sew_on_wolf]

"Yeah, having a name is kind of useless if all we do is walk onto the stage and walk off just as quick."
