6&7 are my favorite ones, thought I played 6 first and I really really really love it. UUHHHHH I DONT KNOW THEY'RE JUST SO GOOD! Do you ever have games that you associate with a certain point in your life or a certain feeling you had when you played them? Like IT WAS THE THING YOU LOOKED FORWARD TO WHEN YOU WOULD GET HOME FROM SCHOOL or something and it was like the only thing that existed.
MAYBE I AM CRAZY. I dunno. They are really specific feelings to me though, like super intense when I remember them.

I LOVE ZELDA. A Link to the Past is my Favorite. Oddly enough I still haven't had my own quest in it. I say that because my brothers and I used to collectively play games together. Normally my brother would control the actual controller and I would problem solve and think of what to do next. RPGS WERE A TEAM EFFORT.
The first Zelda game I had my own quest in was, actually, I think the newest one for Wii. -blush-
I was just recently thinking about finding the SNES and HOARDING IT so I could start my own Zelda game the next chance I had!

Hmm does GameCube have FF???
If so, I'm gonna try and get 6&7 one day!!
Yeah I have really intense feelings about LOZ: Ocarina of Time. If I think about it too much, I feel as if I'm going to cry :\ Yeah I'm weird. HAHAHAH!
But it just was so epic because I played that game twice before I finally beat it and it was my FIRST game I ever beat ALL ON MY OWN. It just was so amazing and then I had to say goodbye to all the characters in the end when they all were all happy and waving goodbye to me and I'm like NO! I'm not ready to let go!! NOOOO!!! So I played the game again... and again. HA. I've beaten Ocarina of Time twice. You need to get that game, it's the BEST LOZ game as far as I am concerned. Since then I've played and beaten Wind Waker and Twilight Princess. I've been working on Majora's Mask but I keep stopping playing for a couple months and then have to start all over again because I've forgotten too much. I've stopped twice already and have been thinking about starting again soon, so it'll be my THIRD time playing it before even beating it, ha. Also Majora's Mask always brings me back to PA because I was playing it when my ex husband and I ended our marriage, and I had to stop playing because I had to move and the game belonged to him. I've since then, obviously gotten my own copy heh. Ocarina of Time makes me think of PA too because that's where I was when I beat it. Joshua [ex husband] was totally obsessed with it too and I beat it before he did! [we had our own accounts] He was so impressed! Hee!

Yeah we were geeks. Hahah.

Wii! I'm jealous. I want one! The latest LOZ game you have for wii must be Twilight Princess I guess? It's really good. I've beaten it twice so far. hahah.

Yeah! It's Twilight Princess! But I haven't beaten it yet either because my game was on the Wii, and both the game and the Wii belong to Kite and I came back to PA. OPPOSITE MIGRATORY STRATEGIES. Hahaha.
I played Ocarina! Well, I helped play it. I saw the whole game. But now I can't seem to remember it! I will have to play it again but this time have my own quest.

I think it's so cute how you described having to say bye to the characters and being like NOOOO DON'T GOO!! Haha. That's exactly what I mean! I CRY! I get that way too. One of my favorite games is for the SNES called Chrono Trigger and I got so worked up about beating it and having it be over that I saved it before I had to beat the final boss, Aand I never beat him! I did it with a game called Tales of Phantasia too, because I liked the characters so much. haha, geez...

OH I don't know if I ever sent you this link before, but I had/have/whatever a huge fanboygirl crush on this girl who I thought was a boy for the longest time. SHE DRESSES UP AS LINK AND IS SO HOT AAAHHHH PLEEASE LOOK HERE http://www.cosplay.com/member/3414/

Ha I knew EXACTLY who you were talking about before I even clicked on the link! She is SO HOT. *swoon* She gender-bends pretty goddamn well too! I wonder if she has a bit of a boy inside her. Cosplaying seems to be a really good way to kinda have a release. I've wanted to cosplay Link forever and ever. I just found out that there's an anime convention this summer over in Vancouver. I'm gonna go! Maybe I should get off my lazy arse and make a Link costume.

Oh! Another game that makes me very emotional/sentimental is Paper Mario! Such a good game and I've beaten it twice. Even my ex husband confessed to me that he felt like crying when he beat it. He just invested so much time and effort into the game and for it to just... be over like that?

Baten Kaitos always makes me think of Texas because that's where I played it... and Ethan [ex bf] and I would take turns, like you and your brother. He beat it one night when I was asleep and refused to tell me what happened because he didn't want to ruin the ending for me. So I got the game up here and have to start playing it sometime but I'm intimidated because it gets REALLY hard toward the ending and I was making Ethan do a lot of the hard work by then, haha.

Do you ever play sim games like Harvest Moon and whatnot?

Can't you just download them and put them onto that little DS game thing that's mildly illegal or something?

I have a laptop. But I'm always afraid I'm going to do something awful to it or cause it to explode so I never download games or anything onto it. Plus I didn't have a computer until I was, heck, like 18 or something, and didn't have my own computer until I was about 21. So I'm more used to playing games on things that are specifically meant for playing games because playing games on a computer makes me feel drunk and disoriented because there's no buttons and arrow pad.
I forget, but you can download a lot of games onto the DS thing, right? Like SNES games and not just DS games.

Haha, yeah it's fun but I like Zelda better. I'm not patient enough I guess.
there's some glitches that are amusing like once my cow got stuck halfway through the barn wall. It was upsetting when that was happening but I can chuckle about it now. Haha.

Aha yeah I prefer 3D games now. Anything else just feels wrong to me. I have the Four Swords Adventure and have a hard time getting into it because of that :\

It's so wimpy but sailing makes me nervous/scared. When I played Wind Waker I'd get so anxious/honestly creeped out every time I had to ride in a storm or whatever. There's a lot of scary monsters lurking around in the ocean!! Heh.
