(no subject)
Wow... I'm going onto y third month of not working and I have to say its been some of the most relaxing time in my life. Yeah sure I know I will have to go back to work sometime, but getting so much done in the mean time so I can enjoy the rest of my life has been awesome!
Now I know I'm falling out of the accepted norm where you work for much/most of your life and save money for your 'retirement'. But what good is the saved money when you are near death at retirement? Or worse yet, die before retirement like two of my co-workers at Medtronic did. No, The opportunity to enjoy life and make some changes in my life to get to where I want to be is worth every cent.
I've been raining posts all over Elentari's LJ today as I hadn't been on it much of late. Hope all is wekk with my friends.
