12. Favorite sport? Do you like to watch or play? Erm... I'm really not into sports. At all.
13. Favorite flower? Why? I love roses, because they're so beautiful and romantic.
14. Favorite animal? Why? I love all kinds of birds, but my very favorite is the raven. I just think it's a beautiful, if somewhat grim, bird.
15. Three favorite foods? nachos, cheeseburger, pizza
16. Please describe your favorite pair of shoes and tell us why you like them. I love my pair of slip-ons because they're casual and comfortable and take five seconds to slip on. They're also kinda classy; they're made of faux suede and have a leather strap and a buckle.
Hana Yori Dango:
17. Favorite HYD Character and why? I have such a hard time choosing between the F4, but I think I'll have to go with Tsukasa as my favorite with Rui and Akira a close second and Nishikado third. I love Tsukasa because he can be so unexpectedly sweet and wonderful. I love the fact that Tsukushi means the world to him. Rui is sweet and supportive. Akira is level-headed and kind-hearted. I almost like him more than Rui. I really like Nishikado because of his loyalty to F4 and because of all the help he gives Tsukushi, but I don't really like how he treated Yuki. It felt to me like he never took her seriously. Also, I'm really fond of Junpei for how sweet he was to Tsukushi and how supportive and protective he was of her, even if it was all an act. I'd like to think that he meant at least a little of what he said to her. I like Shigeru, too, because even though she could be annoying and deceitful, she had a good heart and a cheerful attitude.
18. Least Favorite HYD Character and why? I get pretty annoyed with Tsukasa's mother for not accepting his relationship with Tsukushi. I can understand her initial objections, but it was obvious that he loved her and had no intention of changing his mind and she should have just learned to deal with it. I can't stand what Umi did to Tsukushi by lying to her and Tsukasa, but I think she redeemed herself in the end. The only characters I really hate are the three school girls who always treated Tsukushi like garbage. I couldn't believe it when they damaged her dress at T.O.J. That was so low and vindictive.
19. Which is your favorite version of Hana Yori Dango (Anime, Manga, J-drama, Taiwanese Drama)? I've only seen the J-drama.
20. Briefly, how did you discover Hana Yori Dango/Boys over Flowers? I found a volume in my local used bookstore and started reading. I didn't have enough money to buy the series, so I settled for watching the J-drama instead.
