Bits and bites from my last days.

My last entry (that I actually wrote) was only eight days ago, but I feel like a month is passed. Sometimes, this periods with a peak of commitments, thoughts, events and social life happen, usually followed with a death time.

Polytechnic is sucking my life, as usual, but I'm enjoying it more; even if I'm already behind with some works. I'm learning a balance among architecture and rest of life that I will need to maintain in the future, surely I'm not going to be the next workaholic archistar! Quite the opposite, actually...

Saturday we went to Switzerland to visit the sister of my boyfriend and her family. Pregnant wit two twins, she is enormous! The fact that the baby are alredy over 2,4 and 2,6 kilograms and she is the tiniest among the sisters... I mean, my boyfriend is ten centimetres shorter than me and he is the taller of all of his family! His sister is just like a doll, from my point of view. But they all are in good health and with the birth scheduled on the 9th May. Nearly there, so excited to see the babies! Their first son is so energetic too, he totally wore us out Saturday and he is just 2 years old. He also just learned to pronounce the letter R last week, so he finally spell my name correctly: hanaakaRRRi. ;)
We had a great day with his family under the sun (and wind!) at the Lugano's lake.
Then my boyfriend had a night and a day of bad mood because I said to him that I want him more in Milano with me; he is always such a drama queen, even if you would never tell it from his usual behaviour. Now I know it, so usually I just peacefully wait while I go on with my life. Sunday I went to dinner to his house, after a tiring day, for the usual grand tour of more than two hours by road under construction.  For the time I was there he was already all mushy and "you are right love, I will try harder", so in the end we don't discuss the topic at all; I'm going to corner him at the first occasion and discuss about it, we are seriously lacking in communication lately.

Saturday night, after 20 minutes of being home, and so with no dinner at all, I went out with my friends. First, we had an hour and something at the game of American football of S.'s brother; really, watching a sport without having the slight idea of what's going on it's not entertaining. At all. It's like watching a film without subtitles. Moreover, American football is a game of quick moments, not of long actions where you can try to decipher the scheme. I don't even know how he ended playing it, it's nearly not existent here in Italy; usually they have to tour all the Norther Italy to have enough teams to play matches.

But the night-out ended greatly with some food and more friends in a pub. I like Grand Marnier crepes! I was missing quite a lot my friends, so I returned home quite happy and relaxed. ^_^

Sunday I went to Milano's Fair to visit the "Salone del mobile 2011". For a reason or another, I ended being there alone but in the end was  a good thing because I went around to see whatever and how much I wanted. I walked no-stop for three hours and half and I visited only half exposition, I missed out some nice parts damn it.  But it was already after 18 and I needed to go to the Mass, to my grandparents and then drive to my boyfriend's village for dinner, so I gave up.

Some photo of the last days:

Many more things, small or important, happened in the last days. But I need to wake up in 7 hours.

Good night!

love, my photo, polytechnic madness, night-out, life, best friend love
