(no subject)
I am roughly a day behind on this year's NaNo at this very moment.
At Day 6 there should be about 10.000 words - I'm at 8.384, which means I'm 1616 words short. Though to be fair, I wrote nothing yesterday and fell a few hundred words short of the daily word-limit Friday, so I've been good today. Despite the fact that I didn't come home and turned on the computer to write until maybe nine-thirty - so roughly 2300 words in two and a half hours isn't too shabby. Even if I had a full page worth of notes for that particular scene. Positive thinking here!
A little more on this scene, and the it's on to the next scene which I've almost got planned out. Then comes one of the scenes I've been waiting for. I need to make it subtly grand. Keeping my fingers crossed I'll be able to write it, or most of it and map out the rest of it, tomorrow!
