In the past fews weeks I've been pretty busy... Last year with all those changes in my life I did stop doing any physical activities on regular
basis, after chrismas I started to have some pain on my back. I didn't feel comfortable like that so I subscribe to a gym close to my new place.
After 4 weeks, I didn't loose weight (still @ 204 but I'm 5'7) but I've lost 1 size on my belt I feel better now, not just physically I mean after 13 years doing sport every week you get used to it (I could even say addicted !).
