Apparently a Galaxy Quest 2 is in progress. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or bad... Either way, thanks for the mention, I'm going to check out Never Surrender.

Oooh I didn't know a sequel was in the works -- that's... well, could be very cool, or could be very meh (especially given the sad lack of Alan Rickman), but let's hope for the former!

I only made it 15 minutes through it. Not because it was bad! But I noticed I could also watch Coming 2 America on Prime and so I switched to that. Tomorrow I'll finish Never Surrender.

I never ever watch Prime videos, I really should pay more attention to what's there.

Did you like Coming 2 America? B, who likes the first one a lot, watched it, and was so disappointed, he just went and watched the original again to, like, restore his faith in the franchise.

I never think of Prime as a video option, either, and they do have some useful things! Though never what I want to be watching at the moment :P

I liked it quite a bit, but I didn't hardly remember the original movie at all, so that might have helped my opinion of the second one. I didn't find it funny at all, but all the dancing scenes were great, and I liked the three daughters a lot. It was an easy way to be entertained for two hours, but it wasn't meaningful or anything like that.

The main plot, about the bastard prince being from Queens, didn't really work for me, but there was enough other stuff I did like.

I might watch it again, just for the dance scenes.

B was really hoping for funny and doesn't care about dancing, so that explains why he was disappointed :)

That makes sense then. I don't think I snickered or snorted in amusement even once. The dancing was so beautiful, sexy, and cool though, I could have watched two hours of just that.

The dancing does sound pretty neat! I'm also not a person who is generally impressed by dancing, but maybe I should see if I can find a clip or something :)

All the clips online seem really low quality, but this one was the best I saw. Apparently this is the US Olympic breakdancing team. I had no idea that was even a thing!
