Alas. I posted a few week ago about my little Robo EVE-A had died and her sister was having a hard time on her own and we bought her 3 little friends. Since then i have built them a love big 62ltr bin cage, and they have been as good as gold. However slowly M-O the big lonely one and little taylor have started fighting. I have been monitoring them closely but this evening i found Taylor's back had blood all over it as well as a tiny bit in her hiding place on the sawdust. I'm gutted, but they have now been separated. Why i'm writting is because i want some advice if anyone could help?
Should i keep all the little ones together. There are three of them, and M-O on her own. Which gets rid of the point of getting them for M-O as she was lonely (not that i would ever get rid of them, i love them very much!! Part of the family now :D) Or should i separate them into pairs. The two white ones seem to get along better with M-O the bigger one, than Taylor, as she is always sniffing and jumping on and mounting??? (they are all girls). M-O and the white ones, especially Sam get along really really well, i have NO fears of M-O being with the other two..
I just don't wanna separate them because the two white ones look so cute and they are all sisters. But then i keep reminding myself that the probably don't see it as they are sisters like we do and see it more as they are all hamsters... if that makes sense. And it would be nice to know that they ALL had company. Yeah so any help?
Should M-O be on her own, or should they be in pairs?
