Mods: Ideas about tags

I don't feel comfortable adding a tag on my own.  I would rather you guys do it or approve something officially.  My suggestion is:  modify the behavior tag so people currently using it won't be confused.  So it would be "behavior - problem" and "behavior - amusing" (or a better word than amusing) and both options would show up together.

Further, I have no idea what the previous entry would be tagged.  Internet?
