So I've been feeding my hammies fruits, veggies and a variety of nuts and seeds in addition to their Hamster food (which I have in a gravity feeder, so it's definatly always available)

I know variety is key in their diets, but I just wanted to make sure it's alright to feed them fresh fruits and veggies every day? or will it make them sick?

I feel kinda silly for asking this lol.
