Very recently I noticed that my hamsters nose had red around it on some days. Last night I realized that it was blood. It's not gushing blood like a really bad nose bleed, but it is small blood around her nostrils. I thought it might be from the bedding I use, but I used tissue paper when I noticed the red the first time, and now I've switched over to Carefresh, which is known to be the safest bedding. So, frankly, I don't know what is the cause of her small nosebleed since I used two different beddings the times her nose bled.
