I was on a roll with my subs today and kinda tanked on the time until 2.30am!
As such I have only just finished my workout.
The Max Cardio Conditioning track is definitely my fave so far, although it really is a bit insane - you don't get a break after the first 2 sets, if I counted them correctly. It's about half an hour of nonstop workout and I had to take a break with 20min to go. Thereafter no breaks, but I can't say I did the workout continuously. It's so tiring!
But today got that HOSEI feeling. Hahaha.
I wouldn't exercise this late again though, if I can help it. ;p
I'm sure it messes with my hormones, &c.
Time to shower and sleep!!
