6 more days to the halfway mark! :)
Plyo always leaves me feeling tired but vaguely unsatisfied.
I can't do so many pushup-position thingies at a go, which is prolly why I feel this way.
Anyway I made my own banana protein shake today and it was YUMS. Using the baby blender that Dad bought me. I must say that blender is much better than the Tefal one I bought. Trust Dad to know exactly what I need in electronics. Grins.
I had 2 boiled eggs after, about 40min before starting the workout. I could get used to this. Satisfying and sort of oil free. :D
