This is the start of Week 4!
*runs around in circles*
I still don't feel that Pure Cardio is any easier than when we first started out.
Only diff is I don't puke or feel nauseous any more.
I suppose that in itself is an improvement.
On the dietary side of affairs I have discovered Le Protein Shake.
I tried GNC Total Lean, which is fucking disgusting. It's thick and artificial tasting.
I went to Amino Bar after that abortive attempt and bought their protein powder.
Theirs is really yums. Now if I could just find the Soyfresh milk that they use. :D
Blend in a banana and woohoo! Yummy shake to for weight losses!
On my off day I had that and 2 eggs for dinner, and I lost like 0.6kg the next day. I was quite stunned.
To lose 0.6kg in a day, my experience with crash dieting has been that your calorie count needs to be below 1000 kcal a day. Which is miserable and leaves you snapping at everyone the whole damn day.
The really great tasting one that Amino Bar sells is unfortunately only sold in a huge bottle (the kind that lifting said powder would in itself be an exercise). That one also keeps you full for a really long time.
The one available in more sane sizes (930g) is not as excellent in the keeping you full arena.Nevetherless it is quite yummy. I bought the Vanilla flavoured one. Shall try it on Saturday! Since tmr I have dinner plans. I'm home the entire weekend to do work. SIGH. Bloody subs. Bloody huge affs. So I shall use this weekend to try and lose some weight.
