Man, I'm terrible at these 100 day challenges.
But it at least get me back here once in a while rather than the 6 year gap that occurred. (read that sentance again. This will be important later).
I turned 32. This is about as exciting as turning 31. I went skating, we went out to eat, spent the day largly doing nothing. I appreciate that fact that inexplicably, as I get older, I get in better shape. I work at biking, I picked up speedskating and in a year got myself to skating at the level of some of the better skaters in the country. Which I have to remind myself of on a regular basis as I get whipped around the track. Good part about skating in Utah is on a fairly regular basis I get to skate and train with Olympians and world class competitors. The downside of that is they are all mutantly powerful.
The upside to skating in the time committment, it doesn't take much time. Biking, well, takes a lot of time to just be decent. The time committment is stupid, and just not really ideal. It's not that I don't love it, it's that I don't have the time for it.
