more curry at 2am

So thanks to Mally, I’m starting this post on the topic of food, which I never do. It’s a soothing bit of change at the moment, though that probably sounds pretty silly.
I guess even the tiniest changes can help keep life exciting and fun if the timing is right. It’s the same reason that I’d let Atari relocate me over and over. I was aching for changes in lifestyle & scenery, and godddamn did they give it to me.
After growing up within the stuffy walls of a karate school, that had been exactly what I needed.
But even the whole traveling gypsy thing lost its luster after a while, and now staying in one place has become the new refreshing change. Sometimes I wonder how long I’ll last, but so far it feels like I could remain happy here for a very long time. This career has so much to teach me and california is so beautiful. Plus the fast promotions and multiple exciting projects at once are nice. 8-D

Oh but um anyway, I was planning to make this little blurb about the awesome curry I’ve been eating for three days now…
So after a quick mally call as reassurance that the Curry box’s engrish destructions were actually ok instructions, it turned out to be wonderfully fast and easy to make.
At the same time that chicken bubbled in its pan of pungent sauce, I started the rice cooker and chopped up some onion, mushroom, and sweet bell pepper to steam in there with the rice. Twenty minutes later I had a massive pot of curry chicken over sticky rice and veggies, which I can’t stop eating!
I’m sure I’ll make it more often… The frying pan has always been my favorite hunger slayer, and now I’ve got another tasty technique added into its arsenal.

WoO this post still feels way more random and pointless than all my other randomly pointless posts… but I’m smiling and relaxed again after a complicated days work, so it served its purpose. Sleep will come quick now.
btw, I've been feeling great the past few days. Claritin and Benadryl are my wintry saviors once again. shhiii... I remember when I was part of the test groups for Claritin before it was ever even on da shelves. Back then we had to walk up hill both ways, barefoot, in the snow too...
