Apparently, there is no such thing as perfect internet... Our Virgin MiFi has been having "issues" with peak times and booting off and on. Around this time and in the evening, when everyone seems to be calling a Sprint user, we constantly get booted from the server, even though we have a constant four bars. It doesn't make any sense. The same isn't true for smartphones or any mobile device with internet access, yet just the MiFi users are to suffer. Oh, woe is me. It's only four hours out of the day, I'll manage. What else can you do?
Today is the "last" day of my vacation. I fear going back into the whirlwind that is presale, especially after a two week break. I have a feeling that I am going to flop over dead at the end of May. It was kind of my fault, initally, for scheduling my break around my birthday, which always seems to carry some sort of holiday, work-overhaul or anything else monumental that I cannot think of at the moment. I'll just have to work harder than usual to reach my goal. It'll happen, it's just a matter of time and energy put forth. Hurray for LJ peptalks! I have missed you.
Anyways, I had some time yesterday to check out some of The Graffiti DVD (with english subtitles, yay) and I have to admit that I was impressed by it. Sometimes with tour DVDs and interviews, it gets so bland and so preachy that I turn it off within the first 20 minutes. With this one, however, I found it to be entertaining in itself with behind the scene antics and true personality behind it. And of course, the actual lives are always amazing, which I rarely say about any artist or group. Vocal strength, instrumentals, so on and so forth, everything always seems to fall into place without huge mishaps or catastrophes, making myself more than anxious for the North American tour, which has been on "the list" for my entire twelve years of being in this fandom. Anyone, who is anyone, will say that it's been such a long time coming.
Raaaaambling. I think the "peak time" has ended since I have yet to be booted or slam my head into the desk. As for the rest of the day, I will enjoy it to the fullest, knowing that I will be entering into the most stressful work month ever. Wish me luck~
[EDIT:] It seems that LJ is in it's peak time. I will never win against these newly discovered demons ;-;
