A conversation with hazellwood about an unfortunate field trip to a mortuary (seriously who takes a bus full of troubled teenage girls, many of who have lost a loved one, to a mortuary? for school??? OH YEAH THAT WON'T TRAUMATIZE ANYONE!!! WORST IDEA EVER) which I was made to go on when I was 13 has lead to my reading the entirety of the death portal on wikipedia.
Oops. What can I say for myself here. At least I didn't WRITE any of the articles in the death portal on wikipedia.
I'm also missing the over-the-top Halloween bullshit of my home country. I feel this is justification.
This is hilarious though: LIST OF EXPRESSIONS RELATED TO DEATH. I think I like "wearing a pine overcoat" the best.
ETA: OMG I missed looking through this catalogue. I wonder if I can get them to send it to me here. Ffffuck, I wish our flat had a living/entry room or something so I could decorate it with stupid Halloween bullshit. Omg they have so many varieties of skeleton-related tableware, I don't know what to do with myself. This is the problem with living on your own, you are tempted to buy these and just use them every day as though it is normal. Or at least I am.
Also, I'm going to be totally insufferable on Valentine's Day, good god. It'll be like this but worse, and with more pink and glitter.
