We celebrated our sixth year together yesterday. It was nothing fancy.
Since it was a Saturday morning, I came back from a work day loaded with training. I brought home breakfast, talked a bit about work and computers, then I needed to get some rest.
I woke up at around 4 pm with the boi tinkering away with his new toy. Soon as I woke up, I checked my mails, got ready to go out and realized that I was hungry.
We had made initial plans of going to MOA but since Clone Wars wasn't being shown in 3D, we settled for GB3. The movie screening that we were going to catch was the 6:50 time, so we had plenty of time for dinner.
I was hoping to eat at Gourdo's in GB 2 thinking that they serve the regular menu items that they have at the Fort branch. Unfortunately, they only served delis. This wasn't gonna work for me. Other options in my list were La Maison, Myron's place, Thousand Cranes, and Gaudi. While walking to the shabu-shabu place, we saw a new restaurant, Marciano's, that just opened beside Rockefeller, so we gave it a shot. It was a nice place with good food.
From dinner, we watched the clone wars. Ummm, if you can get past the whole animated bit, I guess the movie ain't too bad.
There, after watching the movie, we dropped by Music One to pick up random stuff then headed home to watch Dream Ghels.
Went to sleep past 12, a couple of minutes after our 6th year together.
