sign of the times?
I get email alerts from Trulia.com, and today I saw a notification of a 31% price reduction on a single-family house in Magoun Square. Current asking price: $179,000. Yes, it's a foreclosure, but that's a single-family house in Somerville for under $200K. It's small and maybe needs work, but it's kind of cute and has a driveway and a bit of yard.
Now if only the prices in my current neighborhood would also drop 31%...*sigh*
