Speaking of Engrish, I just surfed over there to have a look and found this photo of a shopping/gift bag. Funnily enough, I saw this very bag in the 7-11 a few blocks from Ryokan Ikoi-no-Ie and considered taking a photo of it! I didn't, though, because it was right in front of the checkout counter and that would have been a little rude.
