Click to viewI swear, this ad totally should have had a big a "...but what about the CHILDREN??!?" moment and then ended with a mushroom cloud for extra bombast. Then it would have been complete! Maybe they could just splice in some footage from the old Daisy ad.
Seriously, though...purity? Piety? I don't look for those things in my politicians. In fact, the more they trumpet both, the more suspicious I am of them. I expect them to get caught lying spectacularly at some point. And the wording of the first several lines is bizarrely sexist, especially considering that Carly Fiorina is, well, female.
