Canoe + Waterfall = I don't go camping anymore.
Alright, well my first "update" was "over a week ago," but that's ok because no one "reads" this.
Last week was the Target Success retreat, which was amazing. I'm one of those guys who really has no business in a leadership role. Luckily, my kid was cool, and quite hyperactive (he likes to burn things...!). Our group was group was very solid, who can go wrong with McCray, Niforatus and myself. Plus we got to make fun of Madeline Douksas the whole time.
Noothing, that's right noothing, I mis-typed but I'm leaving it that way. . . Nothing exciting has happened since. Just 'work' and hanging out with the homeys. I won't truly consider lifeguarding a job until I have to do something (besides yell WALK!, etc.). I have also been watching a Ridiculous amount of Family Guy / Kids in the Hall. I think I spend entirely too much time alone and I need help. Funtimes.
Saying "homey" earlier reminded me of a tape that my brother and his friends made when I was 4ish (they 11ish). The tape was a radio show entitled "Mr. Homey." My brother was Mr. Homey and there's some good stuff on there, including when they kicked me out of his room and I ran away crying. It's funny, I swear.
This was long, maybe if I update more, I won't write as much. The important thing is that I think this actually has substance, not one of those "hers wat i did 2day" updates. You'll also notice that I use correct spelling and attempt to use grammar good.
