(no subject)
It's been a few days since I've updated dis here journal-majig so I think I will now. GOOD NEWS, in my calculus class we've had one quiz and 2 labs, I don't know the lab grades yet but the quiz was a 78%, which isn't really that good but class average was around a 68 I believe, and that's what Stassen expected, so I feel very proud that I'm doing above average and I actually understand the material for the most part, a few entries ago I know I was confused and pissed off at Calculus, but now I'm happy and still confident that I'm in the right major. I get a little confused during class but in the end it all makes sense :), the only reason I get confused is because he goes thru all the proofs on the board for every equation and i never learned proofs in High School, but oh well, that's less important. I've been working my new job at Campus Living for 2 days now and its not that bad. I had to alphabetize literally every resident's room inventory sheet which took me about 12 hours, spread out over 2 days, but it's not that bad. I really like working for Campus living because i already know the residence halls pretty well, I want to be involved in room assignments but I don't think I'm going to get that oppurtunity so oh well. I don't have a conference this weekend and my other job is only Mon thru Thurs. so I'm headin home this weekend, gettin my last check from Dunkin Donuts and going to Kelly's grad party on Sat. dunno what else but I'm avioding going back to my TH as long as possible because my home is air conditioned and its supposed to be hot as fuckin hell this weekend i guess. Speaking of weather, today is awesome, its was shitty while I was at work and now it's warm and humid, it's perfect chillin weather, a little too humid to do shit outside but thats ok. Maybe tomorrow I'll go and visit my grandparents, I haven't seen them in a while. If my family ever comes down here to visit me I gotta remember to take down the poster in the living room. It's a house rules poster but its funny and stuff but they added a new rule "All girl must show titties upon entry" as of June 4th, 2005, all the rules were fine but that one, that one i can't really let my rents and little bros see. (DOn't worry Charlene, i don't think they would have made u if u came by, unless u wanted too;), j/k. Anywho, I got no hw due till Mon and i'm just babbling on here right now so I'm gonna stop. But life is good.
