ODE TO THE RUBBER

This sticky, slippery piece of plastic
Makes the sex less than fantastic
But safe, or safer. We, aware
That carnal touch should not be bare,
Debate the pros and condoms free
Of STI or HIV
Should grade school kids be given leave
To stick their dick inside a sleeve?
We hope not so, but abstinence
Does not excuse incompetence
So parents, teach your children well:
Use condoms, or go straight to hell.
