you know what? seeing as my eyes were completely drawn to my pretty icon, i totally didn't read the part about you going to see tori. ladyzara12 and i have tickets to her montreal concert, as you probably know :P i bought her new album last month and it's grown on me. i wasn't sure before as i was still a little dubious about her change in style since scarlet's walk but having listened to the lyrics i kind of like it. i am looking forward to concert :D
i would be interested to know what that small D.E.B.S related phrase would be, i have one in mind, i'm pretty sure it's the same one you have in mind *grins*
Yes, allaboutm_e and I are planning a weekend trip for the concert! We still have to buy our tickets though. Your concert is next month, yeah? I haven't given "The Beekeeper" too much of a listen, but I really like "Sleeps With Butterflies" and "Cars and Guitars." As for lyrics - you listen to her words? ;) I just like how the songs sound!
well, i was reduced to listening to the words because i wasn't sure about the music ;)
however. i do LOVE her gospel-y type influence she has in this album. one of my favourite tracks is witness. love that. and ... orange knickers :P because it's insanely weird but when you listen to the lyrics it's quite sad. and a little cornflake girl-ish.
but i could wax lyrical about this for hours so i'll stop now :D
