AnimeNext
So, I am once again a staff member of a convention. I am the assistant AMV person [to Tom] for AnimeNext. We drove 2 hours each way today for a meeting about the convention. It should be interesting. I'll be able to get in free, and have a free place to sleep, or at the very least super cheap place to sleep. Living with Tom will make my duties pretty easy with helping to screen things and such. I will also assist in the voting, and basic goffering and carrying of equipments. I hope I still get to the dealer's room~ It sounds like they have over 100 tables for dealers. Honestly, the whole thing sounds fun. They'll have just as much stuff and guests as Otakon, only with less people. I think last year was around 7,000 attendees.
