The Red Hot Chili Peppers will play March 2 at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines. Gnarls Barkley will open.
The Peppers launched their tour in August in support of their double album, "Stadium Arcadium."
Gnarls Barkley, the combination of Grammy-winning producer Danger Mouse and vocalist Cee-Lo Green, released their debut "St. Elsewhere" CD earlier this year.
Tickets will cost $57.50 and will go on sale Nov. 11 at 10 a.m. through www.dahlstickets.com, by phone at (866) 553-2457 and at the Wells Fargo Arena ticket office.
---thats right folks. i really dont care about gnarls, but the chili peppers i'm all for. so that gives me 1 week to come up with $60...phew!
ps-mom is officially out of the state of iowa for 2 whole days. thats 48 hours of smoking wherever i want, whenever i want. thanks mom!
