I sucked it up and went to work today, even though I can feel the soreness in my back all the way from the back of my neck to the small of my back. I'm no longer congested, so I can actually eat and breathe at the same time. One step at a time.

Lastly, the sweet potato pancakes were amazing with both maple syrup and sour cream. Notes for next time: oil amount was fine (which was a lot), make sure to make them in a pan, add more batter.
