buttholes men and peaches
so went to the men(new band comprised of la tigre members), peaches and butthole surfers show tonight with jason and scott and cheryl and jimmy james and joe and christi and jesus christ. men was really good, i had never heard of them and im not a big la tigre fan but they ruled. peaches was fucking amazing, i was expecting a good show but nothing like that, i was up front and she stood on my hands for a whole song and later spit blood on me and about 20 other people - maybe the best show ever? sadly when butthole surfers came on the crowd became a bit bullyish, people were crushing me on all ends trying to trip me and pull me away and just plain hurt me just to get my spot, eventually i realized that being close to gibby wasnt worth the massive pain so i moved back a bit and found myself in a mosh pit(which i liked because it was an actual mosh pit and not just a mean rude crush and trample you riot) butthole surfers were good but i have to admit that gibby looked kinda bored and angry and even mentioned that it might be the last show they ever play, i never thought i would say this but peaches definitely outshined the butthole surfers, anyway, it was a really good show and ill be posting pictures of the party i went to last night, i was in this really weird drag outfit that i later realized looked exactly like dawn davenport from female trouble - bed time!
