It's the Sunday after my last day of work for the year, and the day before I leave for vacation, but where am I? Yes, in my office at work. The library's closed and I'm mostly alone in the building, and I'm taking advantage of a couple of quiet hours to try to spend a few thousand dollars on books before I leave town. This is more fun than it sounds, especially as I have hulu on as I order things. I kind of like being here when nobody else is. It's peaceful and I get more accomplished in two hours than often can in a full work day full of meetings and interruptions. In a few minutes, I'm bailing out of here in search of some food.
