Sys Admin Day

The nutters in the office have seen fit to make a card and do a mini collection to wish me a happy Sys Admin Day. I was presented with a card addressed to "our darling SysAdmin..." and given gifts in a jiffy envelope monikered with a pink heart and dressed in silver parcel tape. I was slightly embarrassed but it has made my day.

• A paper clip bracelet
• A shatter proof ruler
• Two party horns one labelled "I'm a special SysAdmin"
• A set of juggling balls
• An orange
• A multigrain maple cereal bar
• A very disturbing brain on a safety pin
• A blue network cable with both clips attached (a rare and sought after item)
• A bottle of perfume
• A Gregg's bakery pen
• A pair of nail clippers
• A modem cable unfortunately with a broken clip (Christ knows where they found that!)
• A 118888 mobile phone deck chair
• 37 pence in copper coins
• A 100 Franc note
