So I really suck......
at updating this. So much for good intentions. The last two weeks have been really busy between FMF and Earthday Birthday, and then trying to work in two departments simultaneously at work, each of which is a full time job. FMF was a good time, especially Friday night. EDBD was a sunny time, and I look like a deranged lobster. Deranged because the sunblock stayed in some places and didn't in others. Note to self- don't put it on yourself. The closest we got in to the stage was for Drowning Pool, and the crowd was insane. So we watched Sevendust from further out, and while I'm a firm believer that on the rail is the only place to take in a Sevendust show, I also like breathing and being able to see the band instead of the head of the guy in front of me. They were great (as usual) but the 30 minute set was too damn short. They need to come back here soon. Finger Eleven and Drowning Pool were great as well, and Milka kicked ass. Submursed sounded good but didn't stay for the whole thing. It would have been even better if more people were there...*cough Jen, Taylor, Stacy(get better soon!), Dee..cough* but it was still a good time.
