Well, back from rafting... well, that was really a few days ago. Like Monday. But I've been sorta busy with everything to post. Not bad, though. I mean... a post on Thursday is only 3 days behind schedule. A new personal best! Rafting was pretty fun, though. Tame, though, after experiencing the frigid Colorado. :P But good golly it was hot. I was thoroughly soaked on almost every rapid, and within 10 minutes, I'd be completely dry. Got even more of a tan, so boo or something. :P Burned in a few places where I must've missed sunscreen application. Time to switch to those crazy purple and green ones. :P
Had a goodish 4th of July, I guess. I got to set off a few of my fireworks that I have left over from Wyoming, but I still have my 1000 roll and some of the mini rockets. We went out on a boat to watch fireworks, and I have to admit, being within 1000 feet of the fireworks barge outside of San Fran is pretty awesome. What's not awesome is watching Mom and other people get seasick. :P Aside from that and the really bad food they served, it wasn't so bad. :P
And I got shoes in the mail! I decided to order these neato keen sandals from Amazon, because I had a gift certificate that my friend sorta got me. :P It's amazing, but they actually fit. Go figure. :P Well, I suppose it's time to get back to work. :P
