1. First Crop your base to 100 by 100.Don't Sharpen yet.



2. Duplicate your base twice, Set them both on Screen and at 100% Opacity.



3. Now go to Layer--->New Adjustment Layer--->Selective Color,put in these setting:




So far:


4 now duplicate your base two more time, set the top one at Screen at 100 Opacity and the the other one at Soft light at 100% Opacity




5. Now go to Layer--->New Fill Color--->27023C at exclusion at 100 Opacity

6.  Now go to Layer--->New Adjustment Layer--->Levels, Put In These Setting:

7. Now go to Layer--->New Adjustment Layer--->Color Balance, Put In These Setting:
Midtones: 9, -9,14
Shadows: -12,16,-13




8. Now go to Layer--->New Adjustment Layer--->Hue/Saturation, Put In These Setting:
Master: 18




9. Merge all Layer.

10. Now Sharpen your new Icon.




11. Now add Border, Brushes, texts, Textures...ect
