West New York Stand Up

Jun 09, 2004 17:49

It is official - Today has been the hottest day yet. Earlier on around one or two I took a walk to my mans house, he wasn't home - of course. "I'll swing by your crib first thing in the morning, 2D". Yeah, aight. This dude is harder to find than winning the lottery in all three states in the Tri-State area.

You can tell just how hot it is by going outside -- besides people doing what they have to do whether it be work or commute, not many people around. I went to the back of the projects where we usually chill, and there wasn't a sould there. I felt like I was in 28 Days Later. Hopefully shit starts poppin' when the sun goes down and people start to come around the way, I'm looking to get it crunk and maybe represent in some NBA Ballers later on. Besides that or maybe going to Boulevard East, I probably won't be doing much tonite -- Good odds I'll end up on my stoop drinking a King Cobra. If you are passing between Bergenline and Palisade on 55th street in West New York, come holla at the kid.

Peep this little project I've been working on. It is a pic of me and my dog on Boulevard East. Yes, that is the view I get of NYC about five blocks down from my crib. Isn't it grand? If you haven't seen it in person, do so before you die - you won't be disappointed.
