Some of you may already know that I had a showing last Friday at Saint Joe's College Art Exhibition (Feb. 18/March 4th)- It was mildly interesting, considering I showed a collection of highly urbani-influenced art too a more conservative, laid back community. I did make a couple connections in the art world that will probably help me out later on - so I'm thankful for that, as well as the opportunity to get my work out there in the public eye.
As far as everything else goes - I've got class today (Art History) My professor is an older guy, so he tends to drift every now and then - but that comes with the territory, When its all done and said, hopefully it'll be worth the kid's time (AND $$$)
-Things have been lookin' up lately - I've kind of been in a mild depression, but listening to my music (which also reminds me of my home - Shout Out to the 201 - Holla Back) as well as drawing is rather therapeudic for the kid.
-I'm also planning on posting some of my artwork from the show here on LJ eventually (Hopefully not too long from now.) I also plan on getting pics of my ink - so I can also put that on here to, maybe make an icon or two - you know my style.
