General Memorandum
To better facilitate access to the contents of Evergrove Library, all of its wings will soon undergo an intense restructuring, beginning with a physical inventory and replenishment of stock, and ending with the installation of a new digital framework designed to ease research and volume finding. These changes will necessitate the closure of the wings on the following dates:
Law & Research Lab: Closed immediately - Aug 9th.
Music & Leisure: Closed Aug 10th - Aug 14th.
Medical: Closed Aug 15th - Aug 19th.
Organic Sciences & Chemistry: Closed Aug 20th - Aug 24th.
Theoretical Sciences & Maths: Closed Aug 25th - Aug 29th.
As we are aware that these closures may impact important tests and exams, any necessary material for completion of courses may be applied for directly through Ms. McElraft. The study rooms on the second and third floors will remain available for reservation during this time, and may also be applied for through Ms. McElraft.
