I'm Hunting Shadows in the Dark

I haven't been on here in a few weeks. Not a whole lot has happened in that span. I have been in an introspective mood of late. That is not a bad thing... I'm getting a lot out of it. Making strides towards getting my life on track and things of that nature. It has, however, led to a couple of QUITE unexpected moments of tears - case in point, during the epic film "Thirteen Going on Thirty" as it was being shown on TBS, The Super Station... and at Applebee's when my dad made a joke about me living with them forever.
Seriously though, I'm not depressed. In fact, I'm quite excited. I've got a few things coming up in the near future - recording a song with a VERY talented friend of mine next week (to be up on his Myspace Music page... I'll keep you posted) - possibly performing in Godspell (without auditioning... craziness) - getting a lot more involved with volunteer work... things like that.
In a way, this is a very good sign. Frankly, if I was content with where my life was at right now, I'd be worried.
