Summary:
My default userpic has been replaced and it's not a cache issue.
Question or Problem:
For some reason, the icon I created showing my son smiling has been replaced with an icon of two cartoon characters.
I never uploaded this new icon to my account.
The icon of my son is gone. The tag "Caleb Smile" is being applied to this new icon. This is the tag that had been associated with the image of Caleb.
I've tried clearing my browser cache and the wrong icon was still showing up, not just in my posts but on the page listing my userpics.
I decided to fire up Chrome, the new Google web browser I'd just installed on my work PC for testing purposes. Lo and behold, the insipid cartoon icon is showing up instead of the photo of my son.
This was the very first web page I'd visited with that install of Chrome on this computer, so there's no chance of it being a cache related display issue.
