First successful(good tasting and healthy) smoothie.
One whole banana (no skin, of course)
About 10 almonds
Two tablespoons "Naturally More" peanut butter.
Two scoops GNC Whey Protein
16oz water
Is really yummy! YES!
Ran two miles today 8 minute pace. (meh, fucking knee) And then I rowed probably 2k meters. Twenty dips and then went home. I would like to have a bike.. but biking won't help me on my PT test. (Although I don't know when that will be)
