Go read. I've only read a snippet of Leiber, but everyone (including the husband) who read it who've read all of his stuff say this really captures the characters & the high fantasy style & stuff. :)

It's still such a kick-ass line. I remember the first time I read it when it just *appeared* in the story all of a sudden. Really knocked me for six. And it's a very hot scene.
