New favorite dish:
- plain (tinkiyada) rice pasta
- chicken cut into little flaky bits (fried, cooked, stewed, doesn't matter)
- equal parts lemon juice & olive oil (mixed till emulsified, thick & creamy)
- fresh thyme (lots)
- fresh marjoram (some)
- fresh basil (a couple of leaves, add thai basil if you have some)
Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper. I suppose you could serve it cold too, but I eat it hot.
