I finally finished reading 'The Historian'. It was a good read, but a bit slow in some parts.
'Beauty and the Beast' was this past weekend. All four shows SOLD OUT!! The kids have been working so hard, and the adult staff has been feeling the time crunch. But it all came together so well. Over the course of the 4 shows I was able to see the whole thing. You can find pictures from the show here. It was good to have a part in the production, and it brought back good memories from ADing in high school. I was very impressed by the talent BASH has.
Saturday Carrie and I had a lovely afternoon. We went to Le Petit Artiste and had a good time creating pieces of fine jewlery. But, on our way there we stopped at the winery. They just released a new wine, and we did a tasting. Mason's Mayhem is a nice semi-sweet white that appealed to me. And the label is pretty darn cute.
Since this weekend is Easter, it's a short school week. Today was a full day, and tomorrow is a half day. Which is followed by 4 days off. I foresee some cleaning, laundry, cooking, reading, and knitting taking place.
Tonight I have Part 1 of my CPR/AED certification class. Should be fun. 'Are you OK?'
