Halloween was pretty fun despite the fact that I didn't get one single trick-or-treater. It seems that I'm not meant to be free of the evil hold that the mini KitKats have been exerting over my life.
I had a few folks over for spooky movie watching and general good times. Midway through the evening an uninvited guest made an appearance. I call him frankenbug and I am going to put him behind a cut.
Here he is.
This photo does nothing to indicate scale but trust me, Frankenbug was huge. At least an inch and a half long. I tried to look him up on line and the only bug I found that looked like a close match was called a citrus beetle, a cousin of an asian long horned beetle, aparently.
ontologize, feel free to pass this one along to your entomology friends!
I seemed to be the only one disturbed by Frankenbug so good times were still had by all. As the evening came to a close I got kind of bored and decided to mess with the beagle:
Today I woke up late feeling kind of cruddy so I went back to bed and slept even later. When I got up I still had The Yuck. My ears are ringing and my vision keeps swimming so apart from a few errands earlier, I've been mostly camped out on the couch today. Bleh.
