Cold showers at three in the morning are a religious experience. No, really. Creepiness recently, I've actually become rather good friends with my stepbrother. This entry will be pretty random, I know this. I'm renewing my contacts prescription this Thursday, so I'll need a beanie. Maybe a black one, or possibly one with stripes and earth tones. Go see Dodgeball, excellent movie. I don't know what else there is to say, I've never been one to type about my daily experiences here. Well, here's one:
After my daily 3 in the morning cold shower, I slipped outside of my dad's house to smoke a cigarette on the front porch. I'm standing there, minding my own business, and I glance at the driveway directly across from our house. There's some guy sitting on a beach chair ON HIS DRIVEWAY AT 3 AM. I must admit, I was a little freaked out. I have bad night vision, but after a minute of intently staring at him I am able to tell that he is staring at me. The he hollers across the street, "Hey, what are you doing out here in the middle of the night?" Not like he was demanding an answer, he sounded as if he were merely interested in what I was doing. We end up talking, standing on our respective curbs, for over 3 hours. I never got his name. But then I remember that my dad gets up to teach summer school at 5:30 every morning. I look at my watch, it says 5:27, but it could be wrong, and I start to sweat. I run to the front door, go inside, lock the door, and, as I'm opening my bedroom door to go in my room, my dad's opening his to go out. I don't know if he noticed me, he never mentioned it.
On a lighter note, I'm going to be house-sitting for Anne and her maniacal lap dog of a chihuahua. For a whole week. Anne's a real bitch, she's obsessed with her daughter. She damn near had a nervous breakdown when Jessica (Anne's daughter is Jessica) went to college last year. Then she kept showing up unannounced at Jessica's dorm. Every time she comes over she asks my dad about Walker just so she can compare Jessica to him. Well, that's all for now. Tell me if you enjoyed my story, or if I should just stick to the stuff I usually post.
