[There's a bit of time as she collects her bearings; the pages flip and there's the crunch of twigs before a voice records.] Hello, Luceti.
Would someone be so kind as to bring me footwear? I fear I cannot walk long without. I am somewhat pampered.

It's evening, and Kratos is folding a shirt of his when the open journal catches that voice. Immediately, he stills, then looks back at the journal resting on the counter behind him. It couldn't be. She left months ago.
But what if it was? He hesitates... but decides to take the chance.]
... Footwear?
[It's a safe question. No need for a name, no need for possibly shaming himself if it was the wrong person, and if Presea asked why he said that... Well. Maybe he needed some for himself.]

Hello, Kratos.

Where are you? [He has to find her.]

[The journal is set down and there's the hesitant crunch of feet on twigs. Then the scrape of feet against bark.
Yes. She is actually attempting to climb a tree.]

Svala-
[He didn't think he'd say her name again. Not like this, anyway.]
Don't. I'll find you.
[And there's the rustling sound of him grabbing a coat - two, actually, and footsteps. He knows the way her spirit feels by now. He should be able to find her if he concentrates on it.]

Adorable jerkface.
Svala calls down to the journal.] I appear to be south of the village. If you do not mind it, I shall wait for you up here. I have less experience climbing down trees than I do up, it seems.

Yes. I'd rather not find you on the ground with an injury of some kind.
[... He was going to leave his journal behind, but on second thought, he takes it with him as he walks out. Once he's outside his door, he shuts his eyes and concentrates for a moment.
And up in a tree is her specific energy signature. He only relishes feeling it for a second before he looks up and goes on his way.]

And once he can see her... Kratos slows down until he's near the trunk of the tree and looking up at her.]
Svala...

Hello. Shall I jump down?

Of... course.
[He situates himself so that he can catch her.]

Not really. But she does shift a bit before simply pushing off of the branch. ...not exactly something she does often, so she's hoping that's really Kratos down there or she might end up with a broken leg.]

And she's just as beautiful as she was when she left.]

Now then. [She pulls him down for a kiss.]

A much more pleasant, less terrifying one. She gives them long enough to really get a good feel for each other before pulling back, reaching up to touch his cheek and taste her lips. ...hmmmm. Yep, that's about right.] I apologize for my behavior. [Though she's not sorry, not really. Still, she probably should have given him some time to take in her presence before jumping him like that. Though, to her credit, she hasn't tried to touch his soul yet. That would be just a little too forward indeed.]
