So skip it. An unofficial day off from school is worth two days off on summer break.

Maybe. But then I'd just miss whatever retarded lesson the teacher's have got planned and end up with homework that doesn't make any sense! They're pretty unforgiving there. Shit, that one virus didn't have nothing on the real deal...

That's why you make nice with the good kids and get some notes. In exchange, you force them to take a day off once in a while with ya.

I don't wanna make nice with anybody! Though, I dunno, that does kinda sound like a good idea...

That's how society works! People specialize so they can do what they love, then they make nice so when they need somethin' else, the specialist can get it done quicker and everyone can get back to doin' their own thing!

See? You just did some Social Studies for the day. Now take a load off.

Huh. I guess I kind of already have made nice with some people. Like, not on purpose, but Shito and Chika kind of have a fan club going on over here, and I think I'm part of that now, being Shito's boyfriend and all. I could probably get one of those dumb chicks to take notes for me...

Why would I wanna tell them that?? It's not like I'm stupid, I can keep up fine!

Girls like to feel needed. And it's not a lie; you can't keep up 'cause you blew off. They get to feel smart, and you're the real genius. A sneaky genius. Everyone feels good! It's win-win!

Wait. So you mean, like... play off their sympathies, eh? Take advantage of them. Is that what you're saying?
