Last night I grabbed a handful of those tiny Hershey bars we had leftover from the GIANT bag of tiny Hershey bars my husband bought for Halloween and I dipped them one at a time in my jar of crunchy peanut butter and ate them while feeling simultaneously guilty, ashamed, and contented.
That combination is a favorite snack splurge of mine and it's why I never buy the tiny Hershey bars anymore. My willpower with that particular combination is so weak :(
I'm also dealing with a health crisis that has been caused by these kinds of irresponsible actions, hence the shame aspect.
It's also another downside to working at home. If I had an office I would take all leftover candy to work and give it to everyone else and let them make their own bad decisions :D
